On 30 may I had sent back the nicer dicer blade ( order no- OP2213099) by regitered parcel as it was delivered damaged.
On 12 june I got the message that they have received the damaged blade.
Since that day I have made more than 30 calls to the customer care office( [protected]) and they say that they do not have the stock to make the replacement or they will send it within a week.
I have suffered harassment beyond my patience.
I have spent more money on the calls than the original cost of the product. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
