The spectacle which i order from telebrands. I am not at all satisfied with the product and i want a refund of it. I call the customer care about my complaint and told them to send a return pickup but they told me that they will refund me back after 21days and to keep the product with me they don't need the product back. As far as i read the company policy the product should be return back within 14days if we need refund. Now i don't know what to do. And i am not happy with the telebrands customer care service. They are all female and very rough and rude they don't know how to deal with a customer. Very bad Was this information helpful? |
