Telemarketing Pvt Ltd — Cheated on giving Iphone 5 worth rs 20000 in Rs 4000.

On 6/12/2016 I received a call saying that I have won I phone 5 worth Rs 20000 and you have to pay only rs4000 for the phone.they said it will be delivered to your address by post man and you need to pay to him.Today the postman delivered the packet and collected rs4000 from my mother as I was not present. When I reached and opened the packet it consisted of a laxmi photo. I was about to file a F.I.R, but I am Damn sure they will not do anything .but the thing is how can anyone cheat so easily although the amount is low but they are doing this every day and four as reported by postmaster.
