I had purchased Jointex Machine [02 nos.] complete set from you but, as results were not good I returned the same in full working condition as promised by you if results not satisfactory you will pay back full amount if returned within 15 days to your Indore office as per details received from your customer care executive. I had returned the same and also received call from your executive that the refund will be done within 20 days. but, till date no refund made by you please look into the matter and do the needful.
I also enclosed 1. Cancelled cheque of my account, Copy of Challan/Bill no.10711 dtd.[protected], ID Proofs Pan no. and Aadhar copy.
I further request you to please refund my amount of Rs.4950/-. [RS. Four Thousand nine hundred fifty only].
