[Resolved] Telenor — Deactivation of sports unlimited service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you very much for your response to my last mail but again on 16th Feb'2016 I have received Sport Service Activation sms & Charged Rs.1 . And also mentioned that tomorrow it will be auto renewed with chargeable amount Rs.30. I don't know why this type of services has been activated without my intervention.

I request you to take the action against the above said matter & deactivate the service. And also I request you do something so that I don't have to face this type o[censored]nauthorized service activation in future.
