Telenor — exclusive offer 128 n value pack 33/- two time | |||
Dear sir, i wish to submit that i have tried ₹128/on 01march, 18 recharge exclusive offer ₹33/- value pack through telenor app. Also tried value pack on 2nd march 2018 ₹33. Whereas, debited ₹194 in different dates in my account.in this connection, i have already mailed to [protected]@telenor.in for non - recharges of ₹128+33+33 through online by their app. They replied that no need to worry it will revert automatically the same to ur account within 5 working days. But till to to date i have not received anything. Kindly take action suitably n not to trouble customer everytime. Was this information helpful? | |||
