Respected, Sir, my name pawan kumar gupta s/o ram laxman gupta, address - chandra shekhar azad nagar phase 2, house no 07, port office - auravna, Lucknow, up, pin code - 227101. My bank - bank of baroda, safedabad, barabanki, up Account no -[protected] Ir, my problem is two's upon times i recharge telenor sim 168/- rupees your official website (www.telenor.in) by our a. t. m. (debit card) Online recharge 336/- rupees debited in my account but sim not recharge till now. two time recharge my telenor sim [protected] so two time debited 168/- rupees in my account debited date and time first 14/12/15, 22:01:57 and second 21/01/16, 21:22:54. Many timetelenor customer care officers i request and asked that where is gone my money but your customer care executive not explain anything. I request search my money where is he gone. So, i request very politely investigate deeply my case. Sir i attached this application all documents given by bank of baroda (bank manager) total debited 336/- rupees. as a proof. Thankyou.
