[Resolved] Telenor — Payment successfully done via telenor app but recharge amount not received | |||||
I recharged my phone ([protected]) about half an hour ago with Rs. 168 exclusive recharge through the telenor app. I entered my card details and the payment was successfully made. Then the app was redirecting me to the transaction details page but the page was blank. There was no message about the recharge being done. I checked my balance but no amount was credited to my account. I opened the app again and checked the past transactions but there was no detail of the transaction that was made.
