Telenor — VAS being activated without consent / request

Hi, I am using telenor number [protected]. On this number following VAS have been activated without my request or consent:- 1. Kapil Comedy 2. Evergreen songs 3. TelenorMusicZone 4. NDTV NEWS The message says that these services are being activated on my request. But I never made any such request. It is an absolutely fraudulent way to earn money from customers. I hereby request you to kindly take this matter with the company and / or let me know how to complain to the company so that this matter can be resolved for once and all.
