I rajani haloi ordered for a medicine namely "ime9" on 06/07/16 by calling on customer care no. [protected] of tele one consumers products private ltd... later on i was delivered a parcel from teleone company on 6/7/16 and i paid rs. 1400/- for that... later on when i opened that parcel, i found wrong medicine inside the parcel namely "diaba free amrit" for which i never ordered... later on when i contacted customer care no., i was given so many numbers to talk with doctors but from that day i have called hundreds of time for replacing the medicine but no one from the company is responding in a responsible way till date... they r treating like a fraud company and are not even receiving my call... i was told to send image of medicine on whatsapp no. [protected] which also i sent but nothing done by the company... pls take necessary action against the "teleone consumer product private ltd" to replace the wrong delivered medicine "diaba free amrit" by "ime9" for which i actually ordered... details of my order as under -#invoice no.-tele-asm-27021 dtd 7/7/16, buyers order no — 7239331 dtd 6/7/16... my cont no. - [protected]... regards...
