Teleperformance — Full and final settlement not received

I was working in teleperformance thane.
I submitted my resignation on 1 march and then i severd my notice period i.e. 30 days later i even extend my notice period till 8 April.
So my last working day was 8 April 2023.
I submitted company assets on time.
Later my team leader told me to submit new resignation from myhr portal.
So i gave e-resign on 11 th April.
Now i tried contacting the hrhelpdesk they are telling me that I have to pay due amt 14k for not serving notice period.
I told them I have served they told me to ask my team leader as it was mentioned in system that my lwd was 8 April and i gave resignation on 11 th April
Now they are saying me to pay the due amount otherwise my fnf will be pending.
I tried contacting my team Leader she told me that she have mailed the higher authorities.
But still i haven't received any response they told me to wait for update
But i want my money urgently as TAT for fnf is breached i.e 30 days.
