I had gone through the entire application and onboarding process including, background check and work equipment recieved. I was emailed that I was fully cleared to begin training on October 11, 2021. The only step needed prior to training was a "tech check". By Friday Oct 8, I had not recieved anything regarding the tech check nor a link to start my virtual training. I email several people at Teleperformance more than once. I called and text a Recruiter twice from balance staffing agency and was told a manager would call me, no one ever did. I joined a zoom conference on 3 different occasions that was managed by Balance Staffing Agency that was held on weekdays for questions or help with onboarding. I was told then that the "tech checks" were behind schedule but that I should hear from them anytime now. I never did. Bottom line is I turned down 2 other offers in order to join Teleperformance. As of Oct 19, not one single person has ever made any attempt to contact me. As a result I have their computer system taking up space unnecessarily. As a result of no one answering any of my many requests for answers, I never was able to start my training/employment with Teleperformance. Additionally, due to their extreme unprofessionalism, I have suffered a financial loss. Just as important as my financial loss is my time wasted. I now have to begin my employment search all over again wasting even more of my precious time. Was this information helpful? |
