Teleperformance — Unable to activate UAN

Myself Rohini korde was work in Teleperformance.leave organization in july 2022. employe id [protected]. After leaving trying to activate UAN but unable to update. I have request for my PF I have couriered required document to Mr Vinod and peeru raman 's to gurgaon pf office address but it has been more 2 months that I have not received any update till now
