Teleshop Teleshopping — complaint

I purchase sweat slim belt from teleshop teleshopping in aug 17. I got delivery of l size.
As the size delivered was not ok, i requested them to change the size to xxl.
Despite various phone - calls and follow up mails, they have not changed the belt. They have stopped taking phone calls / disconnect on picking the phone whenever they realise the purpose of the call
