[Resolved]  Teleshopping Network 460 Regional Tower Andheri East Mumbai — DAMAGED TABLE MATE

The Table mate had been received by me on 18.11.2013 vide your invoice dated 14.11.2013. I paid cash of Rs.2160 on delivery. As soon as i opened the carton even before removing the Thermacoal i found the corner of the table is damaged. I immediately took photos and the same is posted here. Please replace us with a fresh piece immediately. Also ensure that the pieces are packed neatly without getting damaged. It is really not fair to send a damaged piece to a customer at chennai from Mumbai. When you are sending it from mumbai, the piece should be packed with utmost care so that the customer would get a nice piece. I bought it as a gift to my father and giving him a broken piece as gift made me so upset. Please do the needful to replace immediately. Please inform me that when i will get the piece replaced.
