Televantage — Still not deliver binoculer from Aug2014

Dear sir/Madam, I purchased one Binoculer from Televantage site for 499/- only but still they haven't deliver. I called them but they told me that whenever it will be manufactured then will be delivered. I purchased from my credit card. My num - [protected]
