Last night my friend and I went for a meal at 'New Temptations' Ipswich at around 6.30pm. After explaining to the waitress the food was cold, she apologised and went to speak to the Manager. As this was a buffet we did try other food that was available but after sitting back down and starting to eat, again this was not acceptable. The food was cold and dried up. We did not eat barely anything off our plates and to our disgust we were charged the full price of £29. We spoke to the Manager who shook his head and said "you pay". As my friend owns a Restaurant she was most disgusted by this and has phoned the Health Inspector this morning. She is not someone who normally makes a fuss but the attitude from the Manager was appalling and to be expected to pay the full amount was outrageous. I have enclosed our receipt and I would appreciate a full refund please.
