Testoultra — non-delivery of testoultra

I have ordered for two bottles of testoultra on 18/05/2018 and paid rs. 6095/- through debit card for online purchase at dalalabs. Despite several reminders through e-mail to dalalabs, bangalore mentioned at their site, no response is received and till date i received no delivery against my order. I requested for my delivery position. That has not been advised to me. I have maid complaint in other e-mails of testoultra which are also not responded. I think by making false advertisement, innocent people are being cheated.

May i get some remarks against my complaint?
