one of my friend had called me for dinner at hotel heritage tezpur on ocassion of his pramotion we were a gathering of 40 people as the dinner was being laid and as a norm the elders were asked to have dinner early as they were taking there dinner some o[censored]s noticed pest in chicken curry and also cockroach rolled into roti and some kids who had gone to take ice cream noticed fungus in ice cream one elderly lady was feeding her grand son ice cream suddenly the child started vomiting and these things were brought to our notice we called the hotel staff they immediately took the rotis chicken curry and ice cream away by the time we all stooped having food and people stared to leave as some ladies complained o[censored]neasiness as she had ice cream the hotel refused to replace as the told ice cream is over and chicken currry has fallen down as they were bring it up we called the hotel manager he refused to listen and threatened us and also refused that the hotel has bad food we asked him to give a written apology on which he said as no food was served to u why should written apology be given for food which he has not served he pleaded us not to create a problem as the reputation of hotel is at stake we left and attended to people who were taken to hospital now after three months the hotel manager has served me a court notice saying i have not paid the bill pls suggest course of action my no is [protected] Was this information helpful? |
