TGS Constructions Pvt Ltd, Located at HSR Layout Bangalore is fraud, fake and pseudo company. Be Aware of company and their promises before handover any money to them. One day they will run away like Vijay Mallya. I booked a plot at TGS Saraswathi Kannakpura Road on 15th Oct 2015 by booking amount One Lakh for 30x40 site. Plot has been agreed on paper 7.5 Lakh including registration. TGS employee Mr. Harsha, sales department, signed the registration agreement After one month TGS, another department who are responsible for property and customer relationship, completely denied the claim and agreement saying they increased the price hence new price 9 Lakh. Now I have to make 50% payment which is 4.5 Lakh. (1 Lakh already paid during registration hence need to pay 3.5 L immediately). They were not at all listening to me and ask interested to take money from me. Their unprofessional attitude, not trusting on written commitment by their own organization and money hunger behavior forces me to withdraw the project and cancel the deal. I did it immediately & instantly without second thought. From here my struggle, stress and pain started and able to see the REAL FACE of TGS. They asked me to wait for one month to recover the money they gave to landlord. Karthik & Majon, TGS another cancellation department, keep telling me the story and after one month I received Nov 2015 a post Dated Cheque that too after 4 months. Karthik told as per rule they have 45 working days guideline to refund the money. I got cheque dated as 29th Feb 2016. I deposited the given from TGS cheque # 458841 from Axis Bank Account No [protected] on 01 Mar 2016. Its bounced back on 02 Mar 2016. I called Karthik he told due to less fund cheque bounced back. Please represent it again. I represent the same cheque again on 18 Mar 2016. Again its bounced back second times. Now no body from TGS is receiving my call. Go with few people, dont go alone and request for money...Demand for money because its hard earned money. Get your money back with interest.
Hi, Even i am being cheated by TGS, my mobile number is [removed]. We all have to get to gether to teach a lesson to TGS Constructions. It is very clear they are big cheats.
What you all did to get the money back.Even i am facing same cheque bounce issue. Better we need to go together and need to ask money for that.[protected] call me.
I contacted a lawyer and he told the best way of getting amount back is winding the company means closing the company filing petition will work fast instead of individually file a case on cheque bounce. At Least five people should together file a case of winding company. Better call me [protected] and we can together file this complaint and this will with stand and everyone will get the amount back.

I am Shashidhar, My case is also same. I have booked the flat and due to the documents they produced is not in proper So I cancel the same. They issued the cheque for Rs 1, 00, 000/- taken as advance for booking flat. Now the cheque got bounced and no one is taking phone call neither nor returned the money. Few Tgs employees who have been playing around, making us go to their office again & again are Anitha, Manju, Anjan, Tripati. The cancellation dept employees are like gundas kept to shoo away all customers who have cancelled. We need to take a joint action. Hi I have booked Flat in TGS Melbourne project in Hebbal last year, due to family issues now i have cancelled the Flat & got the security Chq in Aug-16. . When i enquired before depositing the Chq, found that bank a/c is closed for the given Chq. I have visited several time to their office & no use. They Keep giving Excuses giving 1 weeks time. Finally they have promised to pay through Cash in Dec-16. Waiting for the call from them.

Did any one raised the complaint against TGS? We have booked a flat at TGS Rockford and paid Rs.1, 00, 000 as booking amount. Now they are not picking the calls and for the messages they are responding saying we will give you cheque in 10days and all. Recently we came to know that the office is closed at the HSR layout and now we don't know how to get back the money. Kindly help.
