I asha r had booked a flat at hebbal from tgs constructions pvt. ltd. when we cancelled the booking. they made us wait for about 15 days and then issued us post dated cheque for 60 days. now when we are trying to deposit the cheque after waiting for such long period, there is no fund in their bank account and their is no response to phone calls made to landline, mobile.

Booked for tgs melborne project in sep 15 till sep16 no possesion of land requested for refund of rs 7.5 lacs postdated cheque issued cheques on due date bounced co not attending phone calls. plan to initiate legal action beaware future investers
