Thane Municipal Transport (TMT) — Not drop at correct location

Today I boarded the Khargaon bus from Thane station. As I travel daily by 240 AC, today I got 40 Khargaon bus and as always I took a ticket on mazi TMT bus app And finally we reached Karegaon Parsik Bank, then I asked the driver whether the car will not go till the bottom, then the lady conductor replied that no, this is the last stop, And I said that all the Kharegaon buses stop at the bottom, then I got down and listened to the lady conductor and when I reached half way, the same bus was going behind me, so why so?And please note the bus number MH-04-BX-1252 And yes, strict action should be taken on this because senior citizens were also present in that bus and all the senior citizens were also chased away from there in the rain.
