The Boutique Club — Asking for payment from prepaid membership

I bought the mebership of boutique club in 2019. I have travelled once in 2019 only. Due to covid I cound not use it after that. Now I am approaching for booking but response is not good.
I suspect that all the properties at the time of membership were fraud. There are no alternative customer care no numbers and given number is not taking call.

We had approach for booking of 4 members against prepaid membership but they are giving only one room with extra bedding at charged basis.

I am having conversation with one of the employee of boutique club who was in touch from start, he is giving diffrent different reasons everytime we call and is dyning with reason that only three properties are open and those are pack, In short they do not have any properties.

Response time of boutique club customer care is very slow and they don't bother for clients values.

My hard earned money is in dump.
