Hello sir,
I am the member of this club since 6 months. They came to us to buy their membership. We already had 2 of other well known companies but still agreed to see their hospitality. They do not bother to pick up their customers phone calls at all and do not even bother to revert them. This is not the way to operate a firm especially in this line where competition is rising at an alarming rate. Please make your customers happy so that we could recommend your membership to others. I need a reservation urgently but your representatives seems to be very busy. Kindly don't bother normal citizens if you are not capable of doing your job accurately. Was this information helpful? |
