[Resolved] The Chennai Silks — regarding debit card amount not returned | |||
Sir, i was purchased some clothes in erode branch chennai silks on 19.01.2020. For paying bill amount i used my debit card and subsequently the bill amount rs. 1489 was debited from my account. The persons in the cash counter said the amount was not credited to chennai silks account. And i pay the amount rs.1489 by cash. I had informed my bank also. But the amount was not credited to my account up to 30.01.20. After i inquired regarding this to chennai silks erode branch, they said "we would go through our accounts, if the amount credited to our account, we will inform you". And they get my phone number also. Till the amount was not credited to my account. I called erode chennai silks for every four days, they simply ask story from the first and said "we will call you after two days". Today 10.03.20 also i called chennai silks regarding this, the person who lift the phone not answering properly and i asked name of the person and he told "i am the peon of erode chennai silks" and he used vulgar and abusive words. This manner of customer follow up and bad behavior of staffs severely affect customers self respect. Kindly take necessary steps to resolve this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
