My wife ordered a products pricing 305 rupees, but the product cancelled automatically. She contacted derma co they said the amount will refund within 5-7 working days. Now its 2, 3 weeks gone till now the amount is not refunded. When contacting with derma co they are saying that the amount is refunded. But the amount is not credited to the account till now.
