The Emart — NOt getting product whose payment made online

I have ordered product with model no-MI210400 and order NO[protected] on 21 August 2016, but i have not received this product, i have made online payment of 599/- in advance too. Customer care and Contact No of this Company are switch off.when do i get product and where should i register complain about The Emart?
