I ordered nokia n73 on 23/9/2016 and reached on 29/9/2016. But it is not working (Dead handset). I registered a complaint in the emart web page they are given. A message came to my email that their staff will come and collect the product and further needfull... But till now they didnt come and collect... Although they didnt contatc me too.. If i called to the customer care call number, its not getting.. I emailled to them on [protected]@gmail.com many times.. They didnt take any necessary steps.
