The Emart — wrong item supplied

I had purchased bose sound sport for 2999/- from pickrrtechnologies through emart with ref id 2064 and order id 5289973 dated 7/01/2019 i received the parcel on 14/01/2019, but when i opened the parcel i was shocked to see the item was totally different from the item i ordered. I recieved a cheap quality sony earphone made in chaina. I had tried to call emart customer care number several times but could not connect, i tried to call the supplier, first he responded to the call but when i told him about the problem he disconnected the call saying wrong no.
