On Feb 27 2021, i have ordered a lehnga choli from the site of "the ethinic box" with order no #2893 and after all due notification i received the product on 5th March 2021 with the COD option of Rs 1499. after opening the packet i got shocked to receive a complete different product with very cheap quality which i have not ordered. there was a option of return by mailing to their official mail id to which they have assured to reply within 24 hr. its already been 4 days i ve not got any reply which is really heartbreaking and depressing for me to suffer. the website contact whatsapp no is also unavailable to give complain. now i want refund of my money by returning the product, along with amount of compensation for my mental harrashment done by this company.
