I ordered the personalised mini frames (5 set) on 3rd aug 2023 and they assured to deliver the product on 13th aug 2023. however, after rigorous followup with them over WhatsApp as they only respond over WhatsApp they stated that due to shortage of raw material the product could not be made and assured that it will take more time to prepare & will share the tracking link on 26th aug 2023 for which only I had to followed up . as I m opening the tracking link the status shows " pickup pending" and it was supposed to be delivered today .
I want my product to be delivered or else refund my money . no trust and loyalty these people commit . I have seen a lot of people complaining about the same thing over Instagram . this is just a way of laundering money from customers .
