We have ordered for a blue wave short glass 40 nos. And the logo to be printed on it. It was confirmed to deliver within 7 working days. But till now the product is not delivered. When spoke to the customer care, they are not ready to give the contact number of their manager in charge. Repeated mails have been sent to ms. Jyoti sharma and mr. Ajay pratap - managers, but there is no response for the mails.
After continuous calls a design approval was mailed to us. But it was not matching our order. We had ordered for a blue wave shot glass but in the approval image the glass was looking white in colour. When asked the customer care, they regretted saying the order was taken by one ms. Madhu yadav and she has resigned the job and replied - now the order cannot be changed and payment cannot be refunded.
Kindly help us to refund the amount. As the purpose of order taken for conducting a program in our company is over. Was this information helpful? |
