The Hindu — Irregular newspaper delivery

I've taken out an annual subscription in Bangalore, Order# TH117098, which is valid upto 11/11/2014 As someone mentioned in a complaint, I too receive my copy 5-6 days a week especially since July 2014. Even otherwise, newspaper delivery has been irregular. Every week now, I spend money calling up the agent and each time he has a different reason: - Your subscription has expired - Did not receive annual subscriber's list - Did not receive copies for circulation - Delivery boy is new, so he missed your house - Subscription was terminated in some other house; delivery boy thought it was yours A few times I was given The Times instead of The Hindu. I'm completely stressed out having to call the agent and the Hindu customer support alternatively. Please rectify this immediately.
