I paid for "THE HINDU" Print yearly subscription on 9th September. I haven't received a single copy of newspaper till date. I tried calling to customer care but of no use. After sending mail to customer care I got a complaint reference number 111693. But no update on this even after 30 days of registering the complaint. My subscription ID is [protected]. I've subscribed for The Hindu for 6 months starting from November 1st. The amount was paid online. My series of phone calls to the customer care has given no fruit. I'm tired of this.
