Non Receipt of News paperI subscribed for Coimbatore Edition thru news agent Address : 11/11a, dhamodharasamy layoutnk palayamCoimbatore 641033 for the last 3 days we are not receiving the news paper thru the delivery boy.I tried to reach the contact person[protected] after 1 day of non deliverySpoke to Mr.Parasad, he told it will be resolved tomorrow, Next day same situation, I spoke to Mr.Venkat in same number but he said he will call back, but till now no responseit is unfortunate and very poor response I waited for 3 days and writing this emailwe are not receiving the paper.without feasibility of dispatch why annual subscription was taken ?pl. let me know whom to contact and escalation process. ?
