Three months ago, I ordered a floral bedsheet with a georgette bedskirt for a queen sized bed from the hippie saaz. The product took a month to arrive, and when it did, a peach colored single layer bedskirt for twin size bed had been delivered with no cushion covered. I emailed support at the hippie saaz as directed and received no response for two weeks. After spamming multiple messages from multiple accounts, I finally received a response that my replacement was scheduled for first November and an invalid tracking link was shared to me. After waiting a month for my replacement, I reached out from yet another account to receive a response that their office was closed due to corona (they were still doing event decor on their stories). they said my replacement was scheduled for 10 days from the time of our conversation. Obviously that time has now lapsed since I am writing this. In addition to not replying to messages or emails, they also delete negative comments as the owner is an anxiety patient. All that is well and good but if they cant provide resolution within two months, they should not be running a business. Period. I am out of patience and only wish someone could guide me into taking legal action for this. I am sick and tired of chasing after a 2000rs refund that should have been processed weeks ago.
