On Instagram as @thehippiesaaz is basically a curtain site. I ordered a pair of curtains from their site on 5th of October 2020. They said it'll be delivered in 14 working days. I waited patiently. On the 14th working day I mailed them about the product. I've paid ₹1099 for 2 curtains. From that day they started making excuses like technical glitch, delivered to a wrong address, already delivered, returned back to us due to a problem and all. I agreed and asked when it'll be delivered they were like on every 4th day, that I'll be dispatched today. Now they aren't reading our messages. Customer care is always switched off. More than 50 calls, 25 mails and hundreds of whatsapp and Instagram messages. We are left with no option than to file a case. They just do not reply. They've restricted their comment section, so nobody could tell their reality to the audience. This is inhumane and not fair. This is not how a business works. I've attached the screenshot of my payment and glimpse of how they fool the customers after the payment is done.
