Some time back I had posted a complaint here about Hippie Saaz. I did get my curtains after chasing them for over a month. I had some chats with the founder. She explained her problems, but I m still getting comments on my previous post from exasperated customers who are still waiting for their orders. Looks like these people are in mo mood to fulfil past orders.
It’s shocking how they haven’t bothered to address people’s concerns.
Sharing what worked for me (doing this only to help):
1. Make posts on social media using their hashtag and their profile name. Tell people what you have gone through. They will notice the posts and hopefully get back to you. Suggestion: don’t be abusive.
2. Write to them on their email ID.
3 They are doing brand collaborations. Comment on the posts of those brands to let them know who they are partnering with. Make sure to tag hippie saaz and use relevant hashtags.
