[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Phone sent for repair still not returned | |||
My phone Sony Aqua M4 was given for repair under warranty in 2nd year by the mobile store in chembur branch on 2nd Oct, on 8th Oct I received an sms stating phone has water damage cannot be repaired under warranty and they are returning same to chembur branch. post which I have called several times & emailed too to both customer care and chembur branch but phone is yet not received. My Job number is RP[protected]. Verified Support Oct 22, 2016 The Mobile Store Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As we checked the handset when it was received was found to be liquid logged. hence declared as a Liquid Damage. Hence unable to repair your handset under Extended Warranty.
