We have Purchase a medi claim policy No.252604/48/2011/341 on 08.06.2010 and deposited all premium Amount on time continuously till date. My Current Policy No. 224600/48/2016/924. I am admitted at Max Parpatganj New Delhi for Treatment. Now, we want to assistance from M/S Medi Assist India limited on behalf of said policy. Now they informed me that continuity of policy had got broken in the year of 2013. Nothing is intimated by OIC at any point of time and issued fresh cover note maintaining all previous policy detail at each renewal. you are requested to examine the matter on priority basis and regularized my policy and grant me assistance as per policy guideline.
