The Pacific Holiday World — Neither do the booking nor cancelling my membership with necessary deductions - Reg.,

For the past 1 year or so, I have been raising the request for booking the hotels. I am getting revert from the pacific holiday world team in 24hrs or more, but never within the time frame. Besides, whatever the international booking I request for; either they advise me for a different destination or different dates but never provided with availability. Its been like a never ending story that neither they do the booking nor they refund my membership amount by deducting the necessary charges.

None of them are taking any responsibility for the same. Hereby, I am hoping whether i can get some resolution in quick time from the consumer complaints portal.
