The Panel Station — Account blocked wrongly - unethically

I don't know why the panel station had blocked my account. I always try to fill the survey in most authentic way with clear understanding . But, i received a mail stating my account has been blocked. Infact, I have redeemed some points as well and some more points are still in my account available which i earned by giving my valuable time. This is really frustrating after spending so much time and providing correct information my account gets blocked. This was not expected. Please look into this matter and restore my account.
