I have been a member of the surveys portal for at least two years. I have been able to exchange the points for vouchers without any issues till last month. Since last month, whenever I try to redeem the points (using the same DOB I have always used), it has been showing "Please enter a valid Date of Birth". At first, I thought it will be a system error and will be fixed soon, but it hasn't so far. So I think it is intentional. I Would like to an actual response since the replies though mail has not been at all helpful in resolving the issue. As I can see multiple people having the same issue here, I think they are intentionally stopping people from redeeming, and letting the points expire.
