The Panel Station — Mobile number should be less than 0 characters

Hello,
When I try to redeem the points it is showing as mobile number should be less than 0 characters. I verified my date of birth mobile number through OTP. I provided the same number which was registered on the panel station. But instead of getting call on my number it is showing error as Mobile number should be less than 0 characters.
Requesting you to please help me to redeem the points so I can take the surveys.
