The Panel Station — My Id was banned without any reason

Dear sir
My email id shahi.[protected]@gmail.com is blocked without any reason.
Please solve my problem quickly because i want to take the survey. My 1705 point was currently in my id and now was not redeemed because i was waiting to get 6164 points. So please i therefore request my id shahi.[protected]@gmail.com do the unblock.
