I have got a call on 2nd of March 2022 from someone addressing The Park Priviera and invited us for a couple dinner and proposing the hospitality services what they are providing. The sales person Miss Sneha & Mr Subhendhu (Sales Head) provided the demonstration of the package and shared details with us about the tie ups of 4 star hotels and accommodation at any place around the world. We got convinced and decided to buy the package for INR 49, 000 and yearly EMI of INR 8000 to be paid during the time of accommodation. The package included 7 Days and 8 Nights every year and a total of 21 days for 3 years. The request for any tour/holiday should be booked 7-10days earlier from the date of travel and have to sent a mail to their crm and reservation department which is [protected]@theparkpriviera.com and [protected]@theparkpriviera.com. The Kolkata address which is mentioned in their website is fake, there is no office available on the said premises.

We have decided to buy this package and agreed to pay INR 10, 000 on [DATE] and remaining to be paid on next day. Next day Sneha and Manish Mahto came to our residence and took the payment over a card machine and committed that the kit will reach in one week detailing everything over mail and provided the money receipt and brochure of The Park Priviera.
Further, Whenever i have tried to plan a holiday they told me that i have put a request 45 days earlier from the date of booking which was never told by the sales representative. II tried to call Sneha, Subhendu, customer care and sent several mails but i have never been replied properly and stopped taking my calls and responding to mails.
I have tried for booking for other destinations but always they had given me an excuse and never provided any star hotel what they have commited. When i have raised my concern on this to Sneha, Subhendu and other team member of this company they stopped responding me saying they have left company and started arguing with me and threatened me saying "you are trapped and cannot do anything now" and challenged no one can do anything to them.
Being a women i want to request our judiciary and police system to help me refund back my amount and cancel membership from this company. and should take strong action against them so that they stop cheating on innocent people.

I got my money back by raising transaction dispute. Raise transaction dispute in bank. Call your RM in bank and ask him/her to raise transaction dispute. They will provide you form. Sign and fill it and submit to bank. Bank will recover your money for you from such fraud company.
