[Resolved]  The Raymond Shop — No shopping points rewarded

I am Kunal Agarwal from Hyderabad. In the last one month, I have done shopping worth more than a lakh rupees from the Raymond Shops in Hyderabad. But am thoroughly disapponited with the kind of business practice they are following in various stores. I bought more than Rs. 50, 000 worth material from the raymond shop in Inorbit mall in Madhapur area and was suitably rewarded the right number of shopping points which I could later on redeem. However, last month I bought material worth Rs.42, 000 from the raymond shop in the Banjara Hills area (pokarna group franchisee ) - those people neither gave me my reward points nor gave me any discounts (PLease refer the attached document, bill number H011633 on[protected]. This is not expected from a brand like Raymond. Request you to kindly do the needful to look into this and reward me the necessary shopping points.
