The Resume Search — The Resume Search Company threatening to fill legal & Harrassing to pay the money | |||
Myself Shubham Kumar, I got call from The resume search they asked me to send my Aadhar card photo and Pan card photo. Later they asked me to sign the contract and when I researched on their company internet showed they are a fraud. Then never open The resume search website, after 10 days got a call from them, they are threatening me with phone calls and WhatsApp text and legal notices as the contract they are demanding more than 28000 Rs as not completing their work, the data they provided. So sir are they only threatening or do we have to pay the sum really ?

Do not worry nothing will happen, just make a FIR against them and block their numbers and no legeal notice or police will come to you because the company is fake and agreement is not real so there is no point of them to prove and also change your signature so that it won't match.
