I have attained the age of 58 years and claiming my PENSION now . Currently I am working with ORACLE INDIA Pvt .Ltd Bangalore . I submitted my PENSION claim which was rejected by EPFO Bangalore as below :
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROKKT/E/2015/80097.
It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action(s) has been taken:
PF/EPS A/c no. of M/s Statesman Ltd. has not been provided and hence, the matter could not be checked up or no action could be taken.
I submitted Form # 13 for EPS service details transfer to EPFO Kolkota but they closed my SR with following comments :
This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROKKT/E/2015/80097.
It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action(s) has been taken:

I again raised grievance and was closed with comments :
This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROKKT/E/2015/80103.
It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action(s) has been taken:
As per records the members name and Account no. mismatch. As per record, name is Md. Shahzad Sultana at A/c no. WB/CAL/1266/3009. Please provide the correct A/c no. for effecting transfer.
It is suprising and EPFO Kolkota is not having EPS details of Statesman staff .
I wrote mails to Statesman Kolkota to provide my Pension #, Despite repeated requests no response
As a result I am unable to claim my PENSION .
Please solve my problem :
