The Times Of India — Subscription of newspaper | |||
I have subscribed the times of India newspaper under founder member offer by paying Rs. 250 for 10 months subscription in march 2015 by cheque no. 8 11 500 SBI. The cheque was honoured immediately in a week time. But I did received copy any sort of newspaper edition thought I have complained about the issue to concern vijayawada office. Dear Sir,
I have subscribed for TOI & SUNDAY TIMES for 12 months on 17th March by Cheque No. 378637 for Rs. 390. The order number is 3977. The details are as below:
Name of the subscriber: V.Prabhakara Rao
Address: Flat No. S 1 Ushodaya Towers, Behind Raghavendra Nursery
Near SBI, Tadepalli 522501 (Dt. Guntur) AP
The delivery of the newspaper is quite erratic. At least 10 issues in April 16 were not delivered. Even when delivered, the delivery boy does not leave it at my door-step but throws it in the corridor and I have to collect the loose pages spread in the entire corridor.
In this month, for last 7 days, the paper was not delivered at all.
I tried to send email to cm.[protected]@timesgroup.com, but the mails were returned. Please look into this and see that the paper is delivered daily.
I would suggest to TOI not to enlist subscribers for annual subscription, when the services are so poor & erratic. Please see that my high opinion of TOI is not tarnished with such negligence of services.
